Georgia Court Records
The Georgia Supreme Court maintains all of the cour records for the state. The Supreme Court of Georgia utilizes a computerized docketing system for the filing of all appeals, briefs and motions brought before the Court. The list of predators and sex offenders have been reported directly to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and it is the central repository for Georgia's Sexual Offender Registry.
